The create/deploy journey rebuilt on the 12112 design system (flat grey ladder, Inter + IBM Plex Mono, light + dark). Structure = the Jun 15 post-call decisions: one Token form with an opt-in tokenized agent section (no separate agent flow), wallet-first connect, real routes. Full interactive mock — live field validation, submit state machine, connected/disconnected states, responsive mobile.

Out of scope this pass

Creator vault, creator buy, airdrop/CSV and preclank launch options (deliberately left — the ratified V2 form scope; they return in a later pass)
Explore/home surfaces, real wallet + chain integration (all mock), Solana-specific flows beyond the chain selector
The 12112 token-detail keeps its own spare topnav — the nav seam on the "View token page" hop is left on purpose until the two surfaces merge
Branding pass — structure first per the agreed work sequence; this stays on the greyscale system
